I’ve invested quite a bit of effort and time into finding the best massage therapists (specifically for reflexology) across the country since I move/travel often. Bethany is the best and I don’t say that lightly. As someone who has tried countless reflexology places hoping to actually experience its benefits, I was so grateful to have found someone who has legitimate skill, intuition, and knowledge of this method. If you know anything about reflexology, you’ve likely realized most “reflexology” places provide a basic foot massage and label it reflexology. Bethany tailors each massage session to my unique physical presentation that day. No two massages are ever the exact same. It’s pretty impressive honestly. Once per week I receive a 90 min integrative bodywork session that includes 30 min of deep lymphatic work followed by 60 min of reflexology. I’ve seen changes in my physical stressors and some detox symptoms as a result of the deep lymphatic work after a handful of these 90 min sessions. And after a little over 6 months of foot reflexology, my foot/leg pain is hardly noticeable when I am consistent with these services.
