Can I be honest?
I didn’t set out to become a Massage Therapist – it was actually the last thing I thought I’d do. After doors kept closing on my path to PT school, I discovered Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST) and was instantly fascinated.

However, I needed a hands-on license to practice in Tennessee, and the fastest way to get that was through Massage Therapy school – so off I went! To my surprise, it completely changed me – not just professionally, but personally.

I learned about a very foreign concept: self-care, boundaries, and the truth that healing is as much emotional as it is physical.

Over the years, my curiosity pulled me toward deeper modalities: Neuromuscular Therapy, Specialized Acupressure, Regression Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Biofield Tuning, and my current obsession – Dr. Perry Nickelston’s work in Deep Lymphatics.

I had already been intuitively called to work with the navel but didn’t understand why or even how. It wasn’t until I synchronistically came across Dr. Perry’s work connecting Deep Lymphatics to the navel that I was completely sold.

After the mind-bending loss of our son, Jack, shortly after birth, my connection to the navel as a powerful center for healing became deeply personal. That experience opened my heart to mothers, to the unspoken layers of grief, and to the resilience of our amazing bodies and all they do for us.

Today, I specialize in Trauma-Informed Bodywork that blends multiple modalities, with a focus on Deep Lymphatics and Specialized Acupressure. My work combines a kinetic approach with intuitive touch to help people release what’s been held for too long – physically, emotionally, and energetically – with real results.

When I’m not immersed in holistic wellness (though let’s be real, when am I not?), you’ll likely hear me improvising random songs for our cat, Inna – who acquires a new name just about every week.

You might also find me playing Dominion or another board game with my husband, Micah, crafting divine sourdough loaves and pizza dough for the week, sunning until I crisp (true Floridian), or happily cleaning and tidying my home (yes, it truly brings me joy – I’m a Cancer, what do you expect?).
